I have personally bought from them the last two years in a row at Anime Vegas. I LOVE their merchandise and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. Their collars are nice-fitting and comfortable, and they don't fall off easily. Their headbands don't hurt and look adorable. And their tails are VERY well made.







One of my friends also bought some of their jewelry from them. I'm glad to say she's been very pleased with it.

you're welcome. ^^ I'd say this is the only booth I've ever been FULLY happy with my purchases and actually remembering them.

The DVD guys SUCKED and another booth totally lied to me. I bought a little Hibird from them after they told me it was the last one. And it broke the same day. The next day I saw two more out and confronted them on it. I also told them the one I bought broke. They just shrugged and didn't care.

but I like these guys. Nothing of theirs that I got ever broke or anything and they're always really nice to me when I talk to them. ^^ The lady who sold me my tail this last time even gave me safety pins since I didn't have a belt.

I don't really have any bad booth buying experiences (since I haven't been to a convention yet) but I can relate and understand what it's like having a crappy buying experience and 'customer service' being complete a-holes and not even bothering to fix the problem(s) with my order. D:

Enough about me. Did you mention to get a better Hibird from another booth or were those the only people selling them?
