I've had a slight and strange affection for chibis with food/snacks that are far too large for them lately haha. Hence, these two ideas:

Not a very original idea but, Rolo Lamperouge (from Code Geass) with a pack of Rolos (the candy) that is bigger than he is.

Zidane Tribal (from Final Fantasy IX/Dissidia) standing in the hole of a powdered sugar donut.. maybe have little bits of the powder on his arms and face?
